We use time-tested building practices to ensure a coordinated effort that stays on schedule.  A third party conducts performance testing on all Premium Construction homes several times to ensure that standards for Energy Star certification have been met.

Examples of our rigorous tests and inspections include:

• Blower door tests
• Infrared scanning
• Insulation inspections to verify that the air barrier has not been compromised
• Framing inspections to verify that insulation will perform to maximum capacity
• Humidity testing of materials and subfloor
